1. Project management
Build up warehouse solution upon specific project demands
Be the customer's main contact for commercial, and for important operations matters
Understand customer's demand and then choose the correct warehouse operation model
Know commercial agreement inside out and fully understands LX Pantos and customer's duties & rights. Lead related commercial negotiations (e.g., rate increase) based on internally aligned positions
2. Account management
Implementation when project win and go live
Be responsible for contract management before and after go-live date
Balances needs of the customer with needs of LX Pantos operations
Ensure customer is billed accurately, and on time for the consumed services; follows up with customer for outstanding payments
3. Customer and supplier engagement
Make schedule, prepare and conduct regular meetings with customer and warehouse supplier
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Contract Logistics.
- Good knowledge of Contract Logistics, particularly warehouse operations and warehousing solutions.
- Strong customer service mindset and service-oriented attitude.
- Self-disciplined, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Open-minded and adaptable in a multicultural working environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn and develop.
