Reporting: Head of regional SCM_APAC Hub
Is responsible for
- Manage import/export customs clearance activities in compliance with Vietnam customs regulations.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with internal stakeholders and logistics partners.
- Handle Certificates of Origin (C/O), customs documentation, and trade compliance requirements.
- Optimize customs clearance and transportation processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate freight forwarders to ensure competitive rates and service performance.
- Monitor transportation costs, lead times, and logistics KPIs.
- Maintain and update HS codes, Country of Origin data, shipping guidelines, and related records in the system.
- Handle logistics-related claims, shipment issues, and customer complaints.
- Collaborate with APAC logistics teams, warehouses, and cross-functional departments to resolve operational challenges.
