Download daily SAP data to monitor SR lead times (LT) and alert the MC/LOG PICs to any issues.
Follow up with MC to ensure invoices (INVs) are confirmed in the Supplier Portal system.
Monitor and follow up with FWD to ensure timely updates of cargo pickup schedules and shipment milestones, including ETD/ETA/ATD/ATA. If FWD fails to update the information, LOG is responsible for doing so.
Cross-check and reconcile information between the system and reporting files.
Track overdue shipments and monitor shipment progress to identify potential delays or any impact on MRD.
Others as assigned by leaders.
Willing to relocate to Mexico or another plants in the future
