Job responsibilities:
Responsible for logistics duties for Asia operations.
Liaise with suppliers and freight forwarders and internal departments on shipment arrangement independently on FOB, FCA, DDP and EXW terms.
Provide shipping solutions to suppliers, communicate with the oversea offices for shipment update.
Manage Export shipment bookings and shipping documents for destination customs clearance purpose.
Responsible for different kinds of logistics work upon request.
Update shipment data in systems.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with logistics on Export.
Fluent of both spoken and written in English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in logistics export functions and apply correctly.
Knowledge of Logistics Industries on Ocean carriers/Freight forwarders.
Good computer knowledge in Microsoft office applications.
Working experience in sourcing office is a plus.
