Position Summary:
• Handle import-export documentation and procedures, coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely shipments and compliance with customs and international trade regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process import-export documents such as contracts, invoices, packing lists, C/O, B/L, customs declarations, etc.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, forwarders, logistics agents, customs authorities, banks, agencies, etc.
• Track order progress, manage delivery timelines and costs.
• Perform customs declarations via ECUS/VNACCS software.
• Work with the warehouse team to schedule cargo delivery and receipt.
• Keep up-to-date with changes in import-export regulations, customs procedures, and tariff policies.
• Maintain records and regularly report to management.

Yêu cầu

• College or University degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, Customs, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in customs declaration software (ECUS, VNACCS) is a plus.
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Basic English skills (reading and writing emails and documents).
• Detail-oriented, honest, responsible, and a good team player.
Skills/personal qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills and sense of urgency & result oriented.
• Strong analytical and negotiating skills.
• Able to work in group and independent.
• Sense of responsibility.
• Being dynamic, enthusiastic, honest, patient and hard-working.
• Working well under high pressure.
• Effective English communication is a plus.

• You will need to be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, including:
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, copier/printer etc as well as have the ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
• Required to retrieve or reposition products like sewing machines weighing up to 50 pounds
• Any additional physical requirements
