Job description:
• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and shipping operations.
• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth delivery schedules.
• Track shipment status and update internal teams and customers accordingly.
• Support inventory control and warehouse coordination.
• Handle order processing and ensure accurate delivery timelines.
• Assist in resolving logistics issues, delays, or transportation problems.
• Maintain and update logistics records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.
• Support other tasks assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related fields.
• Age: 25 - 35 years old
• 1 to 2 years of experience working at a foreign company or a Japanese company in a similar role is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, Japanese is a strong plus.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and email communication.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Careful, responsible, polite, punctual and able to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop in the logistics field.
