PROCESS QUALITY ENGINEER (QE)
Reporting to:
Quality Manager
Language Requirement:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor ongoing product quality performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives to achieve or exceed defined quality metrics (PSI LAR > 97.5%).
Resolve manufacturing quality issues, review and analyze defective samples, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure the QRQC/CAR process is maintained, including root cause analysis and monitoring effectiveness.
Manage and improve factory maturity assessment; control the 7 Gates of Quality and achieve quality targets for the PSI Gate.
Support NPI quality activities during EB-PP-MP stages of MRR.
Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports and support supplier qualification audits when required.
Requirements:
College degree or higher in a technical background.
Minimum
3 years of experience in a similar Quality Engineering role.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional proficiency in
English OR Chinese
(oral and written).
SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER / IQC (SQE)
Reporting to:
Supplier Quality Manager (SQM)
Language Requirement:
Fluent in Chinese (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IQC material quality control and analyze incoming inspection data (Target: IQC LAR > 95%).
Lead and oversee supplier qualification, performance evaluations, and periodic supplier audits.
Establish and monitor quality controls at supplier and subcontractor sites.
Drive continuous improvement programs to achieve supplier quality goals.
Develop corrective action plans (CAPA) and track supplier quality performance.
Requirements:
College degree or higher in an engineering or technical field.
Minimum
3 years of experience in a similar Supplier Quality / IQC role.
Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Good communication skills; Certified Auditor is an advantage.
Professional proficiency in
Chinese
(oral and written).
