Oversee Technical Operations: Manage day-to-day technical operations, including production processes, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
Team Management: Lead and develop a team of technical staff, assigning tasks, providing training, and performance evaluations.
Technical Leadership: Provides technical guidance, expertise, and support to the team.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, implementing solutions to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes to enhance productivity and quality.
Quality Control: Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures, implementing measures to prevent defects and maintain product quality.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance and repair schedules, coordinating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
Project Management: Overseeing technical aspects of projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
Documentation: Creating and maintaining up-to date technical documentation and reports.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on technical performance, equipment status, and quality metrics.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and guidelines, conducting regular safety inspections and training.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant engineering field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong understanding of technical principles and best practices relevant to the company's equipment and infrastructure.
Proven experience in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in maintenance management and planning
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant maintenance management software
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in relevant technical software specific to the industry
· Proficiency in English language skills is a must, proficiency in Chinese language would be an advantage.
Experience with metal printing & packaging quality standards (a plus).
