QA Manager

- Responsible to the Director of the Company for the quality of goods before export.
- Manage the entire input and output quality of products (including outsourced goods)
- Implement the regulations on labor management, external public hygiene, and occupational safety according to the Company's regulations
- Provide information to the Enterprise and the Business Planning Department and related departments about the quality status of each order for the calculation of production plans, replenishment ofraw materials, etc., and provide information on the progress of inspection for shipment
- Responsible for urging and motivating employees to complete the assigned work well.
- Responsible for reporting to the Director on the quality of goods of each commodity code, weekly
- Organize and supervise the inspection and testing of products according to the procedures for product inspection and testing, control of defective products according to the procedures for controlling inappropriate products, strictly comply with the work instructions of the quality management department.
- Responsible for training and guiding all QC and QA staff of the factory
