*Key Activities:
- Maintain focusing on HSEQ-En to achieve Flawless Operations and established objectives.
- Perform preventive maintenance / corrective assigned maintenance tasks by utilized MX as planned to reduce the shutdown time of machines. Manage spare parts for critical equipment.
- Following up the maintenance procedures. Participate in improvement, modification equipment at plant.
- Monitoring and keeping spare parts of equipment/machine in good conditions and correctly and safely.
- Assist with replacement of equipment and parts as needed, perform minor repairs on appliances. Carrying out and finishing work requests on time.
- Monitoring measurement devices and pressure/lifting equipment/devices and hoses to ensure that they are calibrated or inspected timely as scheduled.
- Supporting Maintenance Supervisor to manage contractors who perform works of preventive maintenance periodically or projects at plant.
- Perform risk assessment, JSA, Work Permits and LOTO at Plant.
- Fulfill other tasks and/or assignments requested by the line managers whom the employee directly/indirectly reports to, and/or tasks requested by the board of management.
- Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years' experience in the equipment maintenance.
- Background in mechanical, electrical engineering, automation, pneumatic systems knowledge and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to speak fluently both Vietnamese and English.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Supervisory skill.

- Ability to work under high pressure
