In this role, you will ensure the rules of tidiness are respected and implemented according to EHS/5S standards. Forecasting and strategic planning for equipment overhauls while considering long-term maintenance cost. Drive the monthly PM effectiveness analysis to reduce the unplanned downtime. This role will also provide guidance and technical expertise to internal customers and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate and follow up the formal failure analysis for urgent MMS work orders, escalate to line manager in case of unresolved issues.
• Lead the reviews of equipment to maintain or increase the reliability of equipment (increase MTBF), benchmark PM and setup of equipment (Equipment spec, technical work guide).
• Support NPI in driving new equipment technology upgrade and engineering changes by evaluating the right specification, local regulations, time and budget.
• Provide expertise advice on new equipment spare parts management. Engage in spare parts technical specification evaluation and localization recommendation.
• Manage the maintenance execution plan with the outside vendors.
• Monitor KPIs performance such as OEE/Cycle time and make weekly report
• Drive safety improvements and risk reduction in all paint processing area following life critical rules.
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Automation or related discipline
• Minimum 2-4 years of working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience in Equipment maintenance and Total Preventive Maintenance
• Good at technical drawing like CAD and PLC Programming
• Practice in active use of Lean/ Six Sigma tools and Project Management. Experience of improvement project.
• Able to effectively communicate in local and English language.
