Managing engineering and maintenance activities of the Freeze-Dried coffee plant
Monitor the EMS objectives, Safety Objectives, business objectives, quality objectives and maintain data analysis reports.
Participate in Management Review.
Root Cause analysis to solve engineering problems with the help of CFT.
Ensure Equipment cleanliness and availability.
Guide and Train the maintenance team for all plant requirement and skill development
Monitor the energy usage and plan continual improvement action of the plant
Monitor the OEE of the plant and individual equipment.
Ensure uptime of the plant and analyze breakdown, implement Corrective Preventive Actions.
Maintenance of Utility equipment in the plant such as boiler, chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, Refrigeration system Coordinate with O&M team and OEMs
Monitoring proper handling and storage of chemicals.
Running of WTP & ETP plant as per statutory norms. Coordinate with O&M Team
Ensure proper housekeeping before and after maintenance
Follow the environmental and legal requirements based on electricity act, hazardous waste management rules, water act, air act, and Factories requirement.
Coordinate for Annual Maintenance Contract for critical Equipment
Meet budgeted repairs and maintenance cost
Collaborative working with the Maintenance team and other departments
