Position Responsibilities
• Maintains operating condition of factory and equipment, and completes simple repairs. Utilizes knowledge of fundamental mechanical, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, dust collection system, air compressor, heating and cooling skills in performing assignments.
• Looks over work requests to decide problem and resolution, and delegates assignments.
• Monitor or plan jobs completed by outside contractors.
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of factory equipment, dust collector, air compressor, water systems. Performs technical maintenance and repair tasks as appropriate.
• Monitor and coordinate maintenance and repair of all factory electrical facilities and systems, ventilation systems, boilers, and plumbing systems; performs technical maintenance and repair tasks as appropriate.
• Diagnose operational problems and recommend corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resolution of routine maintenance problems, such as structural problems, or basic mechanical or other equipment malfunctions.
• Prepares and maintains records on all maintenance activities.
• Responsible for all maintenance reporting requirements
Reporting Lines
• The position reports directly to Production Director of Stickley International Ltd in Vietnam
Positions Reporting to the Director Operations
Working conditions:
• Salary: negotiation.
• Standard Social Insurance, Health Insurance & Unemployment Insurance as per Labor code
• Personal Accident Insurance 24/24
• Health Care Insurance (for Supervisors, Managers and Directors only)
• Monthly Phone allowance : VND 500,000.
• Transportation: Company's rental van for staff living in HCMC
• Others will be discussed upon interview
