Maintenance Manager (Xử Lý Nước, Nước Thải)

Report to (Position): General Manager Deputy Director
Operation and Maintenance
• To plan and control maintenance work, cost and payment schedule.
• To manage and control the maintenance team to work follow schedule.
• To plan & control shutter plant staff and regeneration work.
• To find new customers to increase sales amount.
• To find out the cause & solve trouble.
Sale activity
• To find new inquiries and expand market to increase sales amount.
• To prepare quotation for submission and negotiate to get PO of operation and maintenance jobs.
Documentation & Training
• Make the procedure for operation & maintenance work.
• Make the trouble report explain to customer cause, preventative method.
• Train and instruct staffs for technical and non-technical knowledge.
• Find new customers and expand market.
MAJOR CHALLENGES
Major Challenges
• To keep systems which are under GKCV's maintenance contract in stable and good condition and solve the problem when systems are in trouble.
• To improve staff level and technical knowledge.
• To achieve yearly target.
