**Job Summary:**
As a Maintenance Staff at Diag Medical Laboratories, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of all facilities and equipment at the medical laboratories center, polyclinic, and patient service centers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, repairing, and servicing equipment and facilities.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.
3. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and address them proactively.
4. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance and repair services when necessary.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and inventory of supplies.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all times.
