* MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- Perform activities to ensure machine available, machine problem solving on production machine.
- Lead Maintenance team in planning, implementing and recording of Preventive maintenance for production machine.
* PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Build positive and communicative work environments among all employees.
- Planning and Decision Making Authority
- Instruct Technicians in preventive maintenance activities sol
- Continuous improving for production machine and utility systems
* OPERATIONAL
- Control spare parts inventory in maintenance department
- Instruct Technicians in maintenance activities.
- Ensure the work process & its result comply with 5S, HSE requirements.
