Manage and oversee all maintenance activities related to utility equipment, including the chiller system, air compressors, wastewater treatment system, electrical systems, and equipment at remote warehouses (WHs). Detailed responsibilities include:
- Supervise contractors in carrying out preventive maintenance and corrective repair work as required.
- Plan and ensure the timely completion of all Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities within the assigned scope.
- Manage and execute all maintenance activities using the IFS system (Maintenance Management System).
- Ensure the availability of all critical spare parts within the assigned scope, maintaining appropriate minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve all issues related to electrical and automation systems within the assigned area.
- Perform breakdown analysis to identify root causes of equipment failures and develop as well as follow up on corrective action plans until full resolution is achieved.
*** This position is based in Hiep Phuoc Industrial Zone on a permanent basis and sometimes can work in shifts as per operational requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Refrigeration Engineering or
Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of chiller systems, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), BMS (Building Management Systems), power supply systems, automation, ISO standards, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality), TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), and 5S practices.
- At least 3 years of working experience in a foreign-invested company is preferred.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Hardworking, proactive, and positive attitude.
- Preference will be given to candidates living near the company location.
