You have in-depth mastery of one technical process and maintains that process using progressive maintenance standards, troubleshooting on multiple processes and issues when necessary. You also lead at least one standard work process for your team.
How you will contribute
Without you, we could not deliver high-quality snacks to our customers. You will operate and maintain equipment to build technical mastery and to deliver on safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets, understanding losses in your area and taking the appropriate action to eliminate them. You will use autonomous and progressive maintenance standards to maintain equipment and support new product development.
In this role, you will ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed. You will take an active role in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis and breakdown elimination.

Autonomous maintenance (AM) Step 4 systems and the advanced skills to maintain equipment at basic conditions, including AM and progressive maintenance (e.g., breakdown maintenance, planned maintenance) standards on dedicated equipment
Phase 2 tools including AM Step 4, working principle, general inspection, focused improvement 12 steps, and quality management Steps 3-6
Leading a standard work process using a plan-do-check-adjust approach
More about this role
1. Support to deliver daily production excellence through a. Conduct planned maintenance activities while continuously improving established procedures and work instructions to maximize operational efficiency.
b. Trouble shoot and conduct analysis for breakdowns to achieve zero breakdown c. Improve machinery and equipment to enhance safety, productivity, reduce operating, food safety and maintenance costs d. Manage maintenance spare parts and breakdown response to ensure optimal costs and inventory levels e. Perform component refurbishment and machining to restore functionality and extend service life
2. Support the plant maintenance program across all areas a. Develop area maintenance strategies and comprehensive periodic maintenance master plans b. Develop the maintenance standards c. Transfer PM task to AM following AM/PM roadmap of PM pillar & AM pillar d. Implement standard work procedures for Preventive Maintenance (PM) across the plant
3. Coordinate to sustain and improve Safety and Quality of all areas following the assigned HSE/Quality standards, defect fixing, design improvement and periodic maintenance
4. Project deployment (design review, start-up management of installation, maintenance readiness before mass production) where assigned
5. Be qualified as SME in some area and standard of PM
