Systematic Training: You will get to know YQN and gain insights into the global development of the international logistics industry by conducting professional series of training courses.
Professional Practice: Receive systematic training and practice in core departments, and gradually become competent and independent in the role through weekly & monthly work objectives.
Global Development: Practice in real business scenarios and front-line global business areas, and support the development of local core businesses.
Clear Career Path:
1-3 years: to be expertise in a specialized field and develop basic management capabilities.

Passionate about the international logistics industry and committed to its development.
Excellent learning ability, able to accomplish phased practice objectives and explore your core professional competencies.
Proactive and exploratory, capable of putting forward suggestions for process optimization and other effective development initiatives.
Strong systematic thinking and teamwork spirit; high achievement motivation and result-oriented.
Proficient in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) as working languages.
Skilled in office automation software.
