- The MUJI Management Trainee Program is designed for ambitious young talents who aspire to build a long-term career in retail leadership. Through a structured 2,5-3 years development journey, you will gain hands-on experience in store operations, business management, customer experience, and people leadership, while receiving direct coaching and mentorship from experienced Store Managers and management teams.

What You Will Learn & Experience
a. In-store Operation
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with MUJI values and philosophy.
- Learn and master daily store operations across various departments.
- Ensure smooth store execution while maintaining high operational standards.
- Act as a role model in customer engagement and service quality.
b. Sales & Business Management
- Monitor sales performance and analyze business results.
- Support the implementation of weekly and monthly sales plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve store productivity and customer experience.
- Learn how to manage inventory, product availability, and sales floor efficiency.
c. Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation
- Understand MUJI's visual merchandising principles.
- Maintain product displays and sales floor standards.
- Support promotional campaigns and seasonal floor changes.
- Ensure an attractive and inspiring shopping environment for customers.
d. People Leadership Development
- Participate in staff training and coaching activities.
- Learn workforce planning and daily task allocation.
- Support onboarding and development of store staff.
- Build communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities through real business situations.
e. Problems Solving& Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational challenges and propose improvement solutions.
- Participate in store projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Learn how to manage customer feedback and unexpected situations effectively.
- Contribute ideas to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.
Who We Are Looking For
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Supply Chain or related fields.
- GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent (preferred)
- Are fresh graduates or have up to 1 year of working experience.
- Have a strong interest in retail, customer experience, and people management.
- Demonstrate leadership potential through academic, extracurricular, or professional experiences.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Have good English communication skills (equivalent to TOEIC 650+, IELTS 6.0+, or similar).
- Are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges.
