Mô tả công việc
Manager, Admin & Vendor Management will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with all BPO vendors, ensuring the timely delivery, of services, and monitoring BPO vendor performance. Develop and maintain positive relationships with BPO vendors, serving as the main point of contact for any vendor-related issues or concerns.
Negotiate agreements with BPO vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions... Monitor vendor performance and conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels.
Main task:
Build Headcount Planning & Budget for whole Fiscal Year to adapt with growing up of business;
Build up strategy & planning with BPO Partners to adapt headcount business as usual & campaign;
Build up an SOP, policy for BPO employees group;
Build up salary compensation & benefits for BPO Employees group;
Participate in the recruitment decision-making process for positions from Supervisor and above;
Identify and onboard new vendors, ensuring that they meet our quality and delivery standards.;
Maintain the outsourcing model after launching;
Audit vendor and assessment and have a scorecard with all vendors and monthly meetings to review and ensure compliance with agreed-upon service levels.Track and analyze vendor performance metrics, such as delivery timeliness and quality, to identify areas for improvement.
Conduct regular market research to identify potential vendors, new products, and cost-saving opportunities.
Other tasks assigned by the direct manager
Admin task:
Take messages from all departments, and coordinate feedback in a professional manner
Support to control and collect documents from a vendor.
Planning and coordination with Function (PR/ PO coordination with Procurement, Fin)
Confirm Expenses monthly with the operation
Coordinate with relative departments to track attendance, leaves, OT, payroll, other issues ETC.

In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
Minimum of 3 years' experience releated
Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in a related field
Data skills (SQL/ Power BI) is highly desirable
Effective analytical problem-solving skills & high-level reasoning
Good computer literacy have the skill to present reports in Excel and PowerPoint
Focus and can-do attitude
High-level attention to detail and accuracy
Highly committed, passion, well organized, pro-active, honest, integrity, detailed, persevere, willing to learn new things, and diligent
Good teamwork skills and English skills
