Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in product manufacturing or manufacturing test.
8 years of experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in working with Original Design Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers and component suppliers for data center server accelerator products (e.g., Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), Field-programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC)), and to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions and process improvements.
Experience with designing, manufacturing, and deployment of data center compute, accelerator or storage products and related systems/solutions.
Ability to manage multiple vendor related activities for manufacturing, test, quality or software systems.
Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Through your leadership, you leverage your technical expertise to design and analyze products and related data, develop and improve manufacturing and supportive processes, and provide consultation to vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams. You lead complex projects to completion by managing resources and activities along the way.
