Mô tả công việc
* Job objectives:
Responsible for Finance, Accounting and Administrative duties
• To ensure company compliance with Vietnam financial laws and company reporting regulations.
• To manage all accounting, finance, tax activities of the company
• Supervise administration tasks and duties including working with government bodies
* Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Control and review book-keeping process.
• Involve in preparation of budget and forecast, carry out budget variance analysis.
• Responsible for costing products.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws including preparations of tax returns.
• Provide the accurate and timely preparation and submission of all accounting reports and financial statements, tax reports.
• Ensure stock control and valuation within the company, stock reconciliations, stock takes, stock gains/losses monitoring.
• Ensure that timely procedures and controls are implemented for the accounting department and as guidelines for staff within the department.
• Ensure all accounting records and financial statements comply with the standards set by the company and in compliance with the regular accounting system.
• Working with government bodies (police, labor department, auditors, tax authority, insurance company)
• Other duties as assigned by management board.

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
• Working location: Lô A, Khu Công nghiệp Lộc An-Bình Sơn , Xã Long Thành, Tỉnh Đồng Nai, Việt Nam
Yêu cầu
1. Knowledge, skills and abilities requirements:
• University degree with knowledge in accounting, finance.
• Good knowledge of administrative , tax and accounting regulation and procedures of Vietnam government and foreign organisation.
• Highly organised, ability to work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to prioritise and organise work tasks.
• Flexible and able to embrace change positively.
• High sense of confidentiality.
2. Qualifications, experience requirements:
• At least 8 years 'experience in financial and accounting work, tax, budgeting and reporting
• Manufacturing experience is strongly favourable.
• Excellent English skills in both verbal and written communication.
• Familiar with ERP, SAP , Epicor systems
• Good computer skills in common word processing (MS Word), spreadsheet (MS Excel), and accounting software
