- The Sanctions Manager is accountable for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the team's daily operations, focusing on process improvement, resource management, and compliance.
- The Manager is responsible for creating a best practice sanctions operations environment, uplifting people capability, creating a robust process environment ensuring alignment with the wider Sanctions Operations team goals and objectives
- The manager is tasked with monitoring the performance of the team through tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement and contributing to long-term strategic planning to align operations with business goals.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in leading financial crime operational teams
- Extensive experience and an appetite for delivering operational improvements and uplift
- Thought leadership in mitigation Sanctions risk via Al or associated tools
- A comprehensive understanding of the regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements associated with financial services and experience of working within these
- Understanding of Sanctions and Sanctions Standards
- Strong written and Verbal skills
- Strong analytical sills
- Thought leadership
- Prior experience in SWIFT based payments
- Curiosity and Investigative mind set
- Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business and preference to post graduate qualifications desirable ACAMS CGSS or ICA or AML/CTF qualifications.
