PURPOSE/GENERAL SUMMARY:
Victoria's Secret is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Manager, Technical Design. The Manager, Technical Design will play a crucial role in managing fit processes, providing fit expertise, influencing fit recommendations and construction across multiple categories and driving alignment on fit actions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as the Fit Owner/Expert for multiple categories, managing the fit processes and providing fit expertise.
• Exercise influence in fit recommendations and construction. Articulate fit recommendations and corrections with precision and clarity.
• Manage fit scheduling, support model selection and calibration, and ensure alignment on fit actions.
• Track and analyze fit data to assess risks.
• Oversee the Fit Library, post-fit sessions, and review patterns as necessary.
• Advise and coach team members on fit-related matters, elevating issues as required.
• Collaborate with design teams, cross-functional groups, and vendors on fit concerns.
• Manage wear testing, follow-up activities, and timing to ensure product excellence.
• Drive fit evaluation processes and communicate issue resolutions effectively to stakeholders.
• Demonstrate business awareness in areas such as costing, raw materials, and production processes.
• Represent Technical Design in cross-functional and team meetings, contributing insights and expertise.
• Attend and participate in brand meetings
• Lead vendor meetings to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment.
