Profile
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Construction, or Engineering, with a master's degree in a business-related field being highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate development and management, including at least 5 years specifically in commercial property management, is required;
- Experience with established developers in SEA is a significant plus.
- The successful applicant will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, encompassing business development, project management, finance, investment, and asset management.
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English is essential, as is a proven track record in change management processes and a deep understanding of construction, engineering, and real estate operations.
- A strong grasp of local market dynamics, building codes, and contract law will be crucial.
