We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and optimization of advanced Lithium Battery.
CF Group is a multi-industry corporation, combined with Taiwanese company Apogee Taiwan, to establish Apogee Power Vietnam company. Producing and packaging battery and energy products, exporting to markets such as the US, Japan, etc.

Set up New Company in Viet Nam
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve high levels of performance and professional development.
• Reports to: [Board of Directors / Chairman]
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and corporate policies.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Understanding of electrical systems, electrical equipment, PLC, HMI, Servo, control algorithms, especially battery systems

• University level: Major in fields related to Electricity, Mechatronics., Minimum experience of 07 years
• ENGLISH - Toiec 700 or Equivalence to communicate and interact well with international customers.
• Available to travel regularly.
C. Benefits
Salary: negotiable
- Working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.);
- Salary increase will be considered once a year
- 13th month salary bonus + Quarterly KPI bonus and Annual KPI bonus based on work performance.
- Enjoy a motivating welfare policy: periodic health checks, personal birthdays, rejoicings, holiday bonuses, annual travel and group activities... organized by the company.
- 13 days of leave from the 2nd year, full participation in social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, accident insurance 24/7 and other benefits according to the provisions of law.
