Job Description
  • Analyze customer requirements, business processes, and system specifications to identify test scenarios and clarify requirements.
  • Prepare test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases based on functional and business requirements.
  • Perform manual testing for Corporate Banking Web and Mobile applications, including Functional, Integration, Regression, End-to-End, and UAT testing.
  • Validate corporate banking processes such as corporate account management, fund transfers, payment processing, beneficiary management, transaction approval, and user/role management.
  • Test Maker-Checker / multi-level approval workflows, transaction limits, authorization rules, and corporate user permissions.
  • Perform API testing using Postman and validate transaction and database data using SQL when required.
  • Identify, document, track, and follow up software defects using JIRA, Redmine, or similar tools.
  • Analyze test results, classify defects, and prepare test execution and quality reports.
  • Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Product Owners, and customers to clarify business requirements and resolve defects.
  • Support customer UAT, regression testing, release validation, and production issue investigation.
  • Identify quality risks and propose improvements to testing approaches and QC processes.
  • Perform other QC-related tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Banking & Finance, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
  • Experience testing Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Internet Banking, or Digital Banking applications is strongly preferred.
  • Good understanding of corporate banking processes, including corporate accounts, payments, fund transfers, transaction authorization, and user/role management.
  • Experience with Maker-Checker, multi-level approval, transaction limits, and authorization workflows is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles, including Functional, Integration, Regression, System, and UAT testing.
  • Hands-on experience in test case design, test execution, defect management, and test reporting.
  • Good experience in API testing using Postman and basic SQL/database validation.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Redmine, Postman, Swagger, or similar tools.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
