What You'll Do
We are seeking an experienced Manual Quality Control Specialist with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ERP system, built on Odoo. The Manual QC Specialist will be responsible for defining test cases, executing test procedures, adhering to team rules, and collaborating with Business Analysts to ensure the ERP system meets the highest standards.
1. Test Case Definition:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and features.
· Develop detailed and comprehensive test cases based on system specifications.
2. Test Execution:
· Execute manual testing procedures to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
· Document and prioritize issues, providing clear and detailed reports to the development team.
· Perform regression testing to ensure the resolution of identified issues.
3. Team Collaboration:
· Follow established team rules and processes to maintain consistency and efficiency.
· Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality-related issues.
4. Coordination with Business Analysts:
· Collaborate with Business Analysts to understand business processes and user expectations.
· Ensure that test scenarios align with business requirements and user needs.
5. Continuous Improvement:
· Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
· Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the testing workflow.
