Responsible for setting up new project, new model
Develop and manage technical documentation: BOM/BOP, work instruction, process flow diagram, process control plan
Work line builder, engineering & VF cross function team to solve technical/quality issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
Evaluate & make plan to improve machine & process capability Cp/Cpk
Track, monitor issues and report to manager/director
Yêu cầu
Bachelor of Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation
Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Language: Influent 4 skills, ability to understand technical English
Proficient in CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, etc.)
Excellent problem-solving 8D/PDCA/6Sigma, teamwork, communication skills.
Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, MAG, TIG, Spot welding, etc.) of steel & aluminum
Strong knowledge of fixture design/manufacturing/assembly.
Knowledge of automotive product development processes (ISO/FMEA/APQP/SPC/Cp, Cpk,..)
Proficient in improvement tools (Kaizen, DOE)
Experience in production line setup and optimization.
