Job Description:
- Support on making the factory layout ( Can use the AutoCAD software)
- Hands on and full time in the project introduction up to implementation
- Monitor and put into records all details and data for future reference.
- Do the visual line balancing on the sewing lines assigned by the ME manager
- Conduct cycle time check, provide and explain the result to the leaders and supervisor of the sewing lines to take action on some issure to avoid drop on the output.
- Report and follow up necessary action if any Faciliti damage/ machine breakdown & anything require fixing on their areas of resposibility.
- Lead Lean projects with manufacturing partners: Drive the lean mindset, establish a Kaizen environment, and optimize processes with internal and external partners.
- Set up Manufacturing Excellence KPIs (Efficiency, Cost Saving, etc.) and monitor a program to periodically evaluate supplier performance for continuous improvement.
