Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the general safety of all Automation/Hand Fill equipment.
2. Coordinate schedules for technical group to ensure all manufacturing times have adequate Technician coverage.
3. Responsible for management of staff including discipline, performance evaluations, etc.
4. Responsible for timely procurement of necessary tools, supplies, and equipment required for the technician staff to perform their jobs effectively and efficiently.
5. Coordinate projects on existing machinery to improve quality, throughput, and safety.
6. Responsible for Preventative Maintenance program for all manufacturing process related equipment.
7. Work with engineering, quality, and customer service departments to investigate issues related to automated manufacturing.
8. Interface with engineering on tooling/machinery for new projects and products associated with automated manufacturing.
9. Could potentially involve handling hazardous materials.

Required Experience
1. 3 years experience in maintenance, 2 years experience in group management/leadership.
2. Strong knowledge about PLC, Automation.
3. Basic communicative English, detailed oriented and presentation skills
4. Working time: Mon-Sat (7.30am to 4.30pm, willing to work in shift as requested)
Preferred Education:
1. Bachelor Degree related Technical
