- Developing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality electric vehicle assembly.
- Conducting motion and method studies, as well as designing Jigs, fixtures, tables, and trolley bins to enhance efficiency and minimize waste in the production line.
- Establishing and maintaining quality control procedures to ensure all products meet specified standards.
- Conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for process deviations to maintain consistency in production.
- Monitoring and improving the overall quality of the production process through continuous analysis and refinement.
- Collecting and analyzing production data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Preparing detailed reports on process performance and presenting findings to management for informed decision-making.
- Utilizing statistical tools for process capability studies and to ensure process stability.
- Overseeing the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment to ensure uninterrupted operation.
- Preparing Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Design Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (DFMEA), and - Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) for both existing and future products.
- Collaborating closely with the Research and Development team to ensure manufacturability of new designs and provide feedback on design for manufacturability.
- Coordinating with the Quality Assurance team to develop and refine quality assurance protocols, ensuring alignment with production processes.
- Leading and mentoring a team of process technicians and operators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
Yêu cầu
- Process Engineering professional with 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical/ Automotive/ Process Engineering categories who has high technical expertise and an outstanding designing acumen and is willing to partner with the organization in innovation and excellence. Experience in tool design, fixture design is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering/ Mechatronics/ Industrial Systems Engineer/ - Design Engineer categories.
- Strong technical expertise with excellent design skills.
- Experience in tool and fixture design is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on commitments.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing risks proactively.
