Understanding of Marriott International and JW Marriott corporate & photography guideline
Answer office phones when duties not available. Respond to all sales & marketing inquiries accurately, timely and in a professional manner
Provides administrative support to the department with no limit: type correspondence, reports and necessary forms i.e. contracts, as well as prepare proposals or other letters as directed
Produce content (copywriting, photo, video) for Marketing usage on Facebook, Instagram, Website, Google My Business, TripAdvisor
Conduct research to support analysis for the market trends, track and report the overall performance of various campaigns, media clippings and social media platforms monthly & quarterly
Coordinate between Graphic Designer and other departments to develop creative assets and marketing materials including collateral, promotional materials, infographics, in-house signage and wayfinding, and on-property touchpoints
Incorporate global / regional / cluster brand marketing objectives into the hotel plans, when appropriate (i.e. brand voice, participation in any required global brand marketing activities). Ensure corporate, and/or regional/area marketing programs are pulled through at the property level
Prepare and make arrangements for influencer partnerships (media / kol / celebrity), working with internal teams to ensure a flawless and memorable stay
Assist in the creation of visual elements such as illustrations and video to help deliver a message and drive website traffic for independent hotel websites
Follow up on all marketing events and activities and affiliate outlets to its successful promotions
Liaise between departments, embracing the brand and culture and become a brand voice for the property internally
And any other requests per management

Yêu cầu công việc
Higher Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or Journalism, Business Management and / or Hotel / Tourism Management
Marketing / Communication and Digital savvy
Minimum two (02) year experience in hospitality industry / marketing field
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook
Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva / InDesign / Lightroom is a plus
Understanding of Photography, Videography is a plus
Professional writing & spoken skills in Vietnamese and English. Any other language is a plus but not mandatory
A strong attention to detail and pride in self-work
Marketing / Communication and Digital savvy
