1. ACTUAL THINGS YOU'LL DO:
You will have the opportunity to work across various marketing and communication activities, including:
Support the execution of marketing communication campaigns, events and branding initiatives.
Create and adapt content and key visuals for social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn), website, email marketing and other digital platforms.
Use AI tools to support content research, ideation, content creation and productivity.
Design marketing materials using Canva and other creative tools.
Support website content updates, landing page management and digital asset organization.
Assist in lead generation activities through content marketing, email campaigns and digital channels.
Monitor website traffic, audience engagement and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Track and report social media, website and campaign performance across BambuUP channels.
Conduct research on innovation, startups, emerging technologies and industry trends.
Support photo and video production, including basic editing for marketing activities and events.
Prepare presentations, reports, proposals and other communication materials.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, media and ecosystem stakeholders as required.
2. THE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Familiarity with Canva, CapCut and basic image/video editing tools.
Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity or similar) for research, content development and productivity.
Strong research, communication and presentation skills.
Good writing skills in Vietnamese; English proficiency is an advantage.
Comfortable working with websites, CMS platforms, spreadsheets and marketing dashboards.
Basic understanding of social media, website and email marketing metrics is a plus.
Curiosity about technology, AI and how digital tools can enhance marketing effectiveness.
Detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced innovation environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with different stakeholders.
Interest in innovation, startups, technology and business ecosystems is highly encouraged.

4. BENEFITS:
Monthly allowance of 1,995,000 VND for full-time applicants and 1,000,000 VND for part-time applicants;
Contract duration: minimum 6 months (full-time). Qualified trainees may be offered a full-time Executive position;
