Supporting Kotex Brand team on operational tasks and exposure to Marketing project-base for learning and growth.
• Managing product sample stock, sample order/purchase, issuing PR/PO
• Register and record documents for consumer promotions with DOITs
• Process contracts and purchase orders; liquidate and proceed payment paperwork
• Check and process monthly billing; make reconciliation when necessary
• Timely manage approval for new prices
• Arrange shipments sending overseas; support customs clearance process when receiving shipments from overseas
• Manage Head of Marketing and Fem team meeting / Team's travel arrangements etc. whenever required
• Assist ABM/BM for campaign launch: channel activation, e-commerce, POSM implementation, consumer promo
• Collaborate with internal & external partners to deliver operational tasks as required
• Join consumer immersions, trade visits, competitor tracking and share feedback to brand team
• Actively contribute ideas in brand meetings for brand campaigns/activities
Yêu cầu
• At least 2 years experience in office administrator, office assistant or relevant roles.
• Good English communication. Excellent details oriented. Excellent organizational skill.
• Excellent MS Office and office management software.
• BS/BA graduation in office administration or relevant fields is preferred.
