Key responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to university career offices and student organizations to promote the recruitment campaign - the Internship Program 2025.
Research, plan and organize pre-recruitment activities like job fairs, email marketing, etc.
Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) and develop creative content to attract candidates, such as posters, videos, standees, etc.
Source candidates through online and offline channels.
Review CVs, conduct initial phone screenings to verify basic qualifications and manage candidates' database.
Yêu cầu
Final-year student or recent graduate who can work full-time for at least 6 months.
Majors in Human Resources, Content Creation, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
Proficient in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, AI).
Strong office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Have some relevant experiences in recruitment/marketing or event support at club universities is a plus.
