Key Responsibilities:
• Market Strategy & Planning:
• Conduct in-depth research on Vietnamese ICT market trends, competitive landscape, consumer behavior, and channel ecosystem to provide valuable marketing insights.
• Assist in developing and executing annual and quarterly Marcom strategies and plans for the Vietnamese market, aligning with overall company objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing activities are aligned with sales targets.
• Product Marketing:
• Responsible for planning and executing new product launches in the Vietnamese market (Go-to-Market Strategy), including market positioning, target audience analysis, and messaging.
• Develop and optimize product marketing content such as product des, presentations, ensuring they are culturally and linguistically appropriate for the local market.
• Monitor product performance in the market and propose marketing optimization strategies.
• Channel Marketing:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, and system integrators in Vietnam.
• Plan and execute marketing activities targeting channel partners, such as joint promotions, incentive programs, and providing training materials, to enhance product visibility and sales volume.
• Provide necessary marketing collateral and support to channel partners, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
• Public Relations & Media Relations:
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant industry media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and influencers in the Vietnamese ICT, gaming, and education sectors.
• Draft press releases, media pitches, and arrange media exposure to increase brand and product visibility in the media.
• Manage crisis communications and protect the company's reputation.
• E-commerce Promotion:
• Plan and execute online marketing campaigns and promotional offers for major e-commerce platforms in Vietnam (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki).
• Optimize product page content to improve search rankings and conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.
• Analyze e-commerce data to propose strategies for boosting online sales performance.
• Event Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute various online/offline marketing events, such as product launch events, brand experience events, exhibitions, seminars, e-sports sponsorship or educational outreach activities.
• Responsible for event budget management, venue coordination, vendor management, staffing, and performance evaluation.
• Content Marketing & Social Media Management:
• Plan and produce marketing content (text, images, videos) tailored to Vietnamese culture and market characteristics.
• Manage and operate the company's social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) to increase follower engagement and brand loyalty.
• Data Analysis & Performance Evaluation:
• Regularly track and analyze the performance data of various marketing activities (e.g., traffic, conversion rates, Return on Investment ROI).
• Prepare marketing reports, providing in-depth insights and recommendations for improvement.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of proven Marcom or marketing communication experience in the Vietnamese market. Experience in at least one of the following industries is highly preferred:
• ICT Industry (hardware, software, solutions, etc.)
• Gaming Industry (e.g., gaming brands, e-sports events, related hardware/software products)
• EdTech Industry (e.g., educational software, digital learning platforms, smart classroom solutions)
• Skills: Extensive experience in at least three of the following areas: product marketing, channel marketing, public relations, e-commerce, and event management.
• Familiarity with the operation and management of mainstream Vietnamese social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Zalo, etc.).
• Proficiency in writing professional marketing copy, press releases, presentations, and content planning.
• Strong data analysis skills, capable of using tools to track and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Basic proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
• Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing), capable of writing professional marketing copy.
• Good English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing), able to effectively communicate with international teams.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Attributes: Deep understanding and sensitivity to Vietnamese culture and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, fast learner, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• High resilience, able to adapt to a fast-paced and changing market environment.
• Willingness to travel for event execution and market expansion.
