1. Corporate & Sales Content
- Develop content for brand sales content assets such as company profile, project profile, sales kit, presentations, brochures, project showcases
- Develop recruitment and employer branding content.
- Support content development for seminars, exhibitions and corporate events.
2. Project Storytelling & Documentation
- Transform technical information into engaging business and branding content.
- Build project stories, case studies and project documentation assets.
3. Media & Marketing Production
- Coordinate with Production House and external vendors.
- Participate in project shooting preparation and content planning and support script writing and content direction for video production.
- Create and adapt B2B content for company communication channels, including Website, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube.
- Collaborate with
Graphic Designers to transform project assets into brand, recruitment and sales-support materials.
4. Marketing Coordination
- Coordinate printing and production of marketing materials and follow up production timelines and delivery schedules.
- Work with suppliers, printers and service vendors.
- Support exhibitions, events and other marketing initiatives.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the
Marketing Manager.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Content Marketing or related roles.
- Experience in B2B Marketing is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.

- Strong English writing skills with the ability to develop professional business content.
- Ability to write clear, structured and engaging content for different purposes, including corporate branding, sales materials, project showcases and recruitment campaigns.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to improve content quality, accelerate content production and enhance work efficiency.
- Strong organizational, coordination and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Brand & Creative Thinking
- Good understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Strong aesthetic sense and ability to collaborate closely with Graphic
Designers.
- Experience creating Company Profiles, Project Profiles, Sales Materials or Corporate Content is highly preferred.
- Basic photo editing, video editing or Canva skills are a plus.
