Job Functions
Campaign Coordination & Project Management
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across social media, email, content, paid advertising, offline channels, and events.
• Help organize campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-ups to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Work with the
Brand Manager to turn campaign ideas into actionable tasks and execution plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Design and MAP, to gather requirements, clarify requests, and manage priorities.
• Track marketing tasks, deadlines, and campaign assets to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Support reporting and documentation of campaign activities, results, learnings, and next steps.
Content & Communications
• Write, edit, and coordinate marketing content for social media, email campaigns, website content, partner communications, promotional materials, and other brand channels.
• Help adapt messaging for Vietnamese audiences while maintaining Anh Béo's brand voice and tone.
• Support the development of content calendars, campaign messaging, promotional themes, and communication plans.
• Coordinate translations and review marketing materials in both Vietnamese and English when needed.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across all written marketing communications.
Social Media &
Digital Marketing• Coordinate the planning, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media content.
• Work with the Brand Manager and design team to prepare social posts, stories, reels, short videos, and other campaign assets.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to suggest creative ways to grow our presence.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation, scheduling, list coordination, and performance tracking.
• Assist with PPC and digital advertising campaigns by coordinating assets, copy, briefs, timelines, and performance updates.
Print, Merchandise & Vendor Coordination
• Source and coordinate suppliers for print materials, merchandise, giveaways, signage, packaging, event materials, and other marketing assets.
• Request quotations, compare supplier options, coordinate samples, and help manage production timelines.
• Communicate with agencies, freelancers, printers, vendors, and other external partners when marketing work is outsourced.
• Ensure externally produced work follows brand guidelines, quality expectations, and agreed timelines.
• Support coordination of marketing materials for events, restaurant activations, sales activities, and promotional campaigns.
Design, Creative & Production Support
• Help prepare creative briefs for the design team, agencies, freelancers, and production partners.
• Support the coordination of design requests from internal teams, including gathering requirements, references, copy, formats, and deadlines.
• Use tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms to make basic edits, prepare simple layouts, resize assets, or support quick-turnaround marketing needs when appropriate.
• Coordinate with the Graphic Design Intern and design team to support the production of marketing materials.
• Assist with basic content and video editing tasks when needed, while coordinating larger production work with external partners.
Event & Offline Marketing Support
• Coordinate marketing materials for events, restaurant activations, sales meetings, partner activities, and promotional campaigns.
• Support event preparation, supplier coordination, logistics, checklists, and on-site marketing needs.
• Help ensure all event and offline marketing materials are prepared, delivered, and presented professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support smooth execution before, during, and after events.
