BAT VIETNAM IS LOOKING FOR A MARKETING DEPLOYMENT MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level
FUNCTION: Marketing - Category Management
SALARY RANGE: Competitive market salary + Bonus scheme + Excellent benefits
LOCATION: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
Reports to: Senior Category Manager
Reporting Level: Manages Self
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
• New Product Introduction: Lead the introduction of new products, ensuring seamless coordination and project management in line with Brand strategies.
• Drive the end-to-end execution of brand projects: From conceptualization to implementation with effective data/performance tracking.
• Portfolio Management: Ensure effective monitoring of all SKU performance to deliver the company objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between Marketing deployment and various departments, ensuring cohesive execution of brand initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Team Development: Champion self-development and cultivate a deep understanding of brand strategies. Foster a culture of continuous learning through insightful sharing and feedback sessions.
• Innovation & Transformation Drive: Actively participate in the origination, evaluation, and implementation of new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth and effectiveness.

Yêu cầu công việc
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or any related field.
• Minimum 2-3 year experience in Category Management in a sizeable FMCG company (preferable an MNC)
• English, Vietnamese Fluent
• Proven proficiency in project management and ability to coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to deliver common objectives
• Good stakeholder management skills, including effectively communicating project goals and progress to cross-functional teams and senior management
• Strong analytical skills, adept at leveraging data to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing initiatives
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving successful outcomes and achieving strategic objectives
