Main Responsibilities
SOA content production and brand materials
- Prepare and update company marketing materials, including corporate decks, proposals, brochures, presentations, company videos, and other communication assets.
- Ensure all SOA marketing collaterals follow the brand guideline in terms of tone of voice, visual identity, layout, fonts, colors, logo use, and overall consistency.
- Edit and adapt written, static, and video content for different formats and platforms.
- Support the production of printed materials for SOA and clients, including brochures, leaflets, event materials, banners, name cards, and other branded assets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information, structure content, and turn raw inputs into clear marketing materials.
Social media content management for clients
- Manage content preparation for client social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram.
- Adapt content according to each client's brand, target audience, tone of voice, and platform requirements.
- Prepare captions, visuals, short videos, carousels, reels, and other social media formats.
- Coordinate content calendars, posting schedules, and asset preparation.
- Edit social media content to make sure it is clear, visually strong, platform-appropriate, and aligned with client expectations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report on key marketing metrics across channels
- Provide monthly performance summaries with clear insights and recommendations
- Use data to continuously improve content relevance, channel strategy, and audience targeting
