Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of annual business plans for admission and marketing, including forecasts and budgeting.
- Ensure timely reporting to the BOD to update actions and deliver admission objectives.
- Implement marketing and communications strategy, maintaining consistency in our ethos and vision.
- Manage brand performance and develop strategies for growth and profitability.
- Cultivate relationships with strategic partners to enhance the company's brand name.
- Analyze market demand and adapt strategies for improved performance.
- Develop and approve media plans to achieve strategic objectives across all channels.
- Utilize data for informed decision-making and conduct ongoing market research.
- Collaborate with Admission Managers to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Drive student recruitment and retention efforts in line with annual budget targets.
- Develop and execute marketing, retention, and admissions plans to achieve objectives.
- Establish outreach programs to build positive relationships within the community.
- Ensure all staff members are engaged in student attraction and retention activities.
- Share best practices and support business development opportunities to contribute to broader organizational success.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by BOD.
