Your Role: As a key member of our global marketing team, you will manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, and oversee social media and event coordination. Your role requires strong organizational skills, creativity in copywriting, and the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in marketing, who is ready to take on a new challenge with an Australian brand and is excited to tackle a large range of different marketing responsibilities in a global, tight-knit marketing team.
What You'll Do:
• Manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive brand visibility and engagement
• Develop engaging content ideas across various formats, including blog posts, social media posts and video
• Craft compelling copy that resonates with readers, communicates brand messaging effectively, and drives desired actions
• Coordinate social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement
• Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives from conception to completion, including campaign planning, asset creation, scheduling, and monitoring
• Assist in coordinating events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics, vendor management, attendee registration, and promotional materials
• Organise photoshoots for architecture projects and assist in content creation
• Prepare insightful reports and dashboards in collaboration with the marketing team
• Collaborate with designers to update and optimise the Unios website
• Assist in managing our email database and marketing automation tools (Pardot)
• Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility in a cross-functional team environment
