The position supports marketing initiatives across different channels. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to content creation, community management, market research, and assisting the team in promotional activities.
1/ Content Creation
- Write and edit multi-language social media posts, blog articles, and SEO content for company's service verticals: IT outsourcing, ERP solution, E-commerce solution, Media services.
- Design visual assets for digital posts and marketing campaigns.
2/ Community Engagement
- Interact with followers and nurture brand communities.
- Monitor engagement, feedback, and sentiment across platforms to enhance audience relationships.
- Develop content plans and manage posting activities for professional social media groups aligned with business topics.
3/ Research & Strategy
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Provide insights to support campaign planning and content strategy.
4/ Team Support
- Assist in preparing presentations and client credentials.
- Participate in networking events or technology expos to promote the company.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Final-year students in marketing major or relevant educational background, committed for a full-time internship in 6 months.
- Ability to create engaging social media content aligned with the brand guidelines.
- Familiar with basic graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Knowledge of social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Good organizational skills, resourceful.
- Communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese.
- Proficiency in English is a strong plus.
