• Assist in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store activities aligned with brand strategy.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover retail trends and customer insights.
• Prepare reports and proposals to evaluate campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure engaging and consistent product presentation.
• Track and analyse campaign effectiveness, store traffic, and customer engagement metrics.
• Support multi-channel marketing efforts including content creation, advertising, and event planning.
• Work with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Provide support to the manager and team on ad-hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.
