As a Marketing Intern at KFC Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You will gain hands-on experience in various areas of marketing, including digital marketing, market research, promotions, and content creation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about learning and contributing to impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
Support the marketing team in creating content for KFC's social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and posts.
Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences, providing insights to support marketing strategies.
Help organize and manage promotional events, partnerships, and campaigns to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.
Assist in analyzing campaign performance metrics and generating reports to evaluate effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as the operations and creative departments, to align marketing activities with business goals.
Monitor and report on competitor activities and industry trends.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong interest in the food and beverage industry, especially Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
