ppp* Strategic Planning:
• As part of the school wide Strategic Plan, together with the MD and the Admissions Manager, develop an effective student recruitment strategy for the school, to meet or exceed all agreed student recruitment targets.
• Make actionable proposals to the MD that will allow the school to improve its student retention.
• Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of the action plans to deliver the admissions and marketing strategies of the school.
* Marketing:
• Lead communications and marketing for the School, leading the development of a comprehensive annual Marketing and Communication Strategy to be followed, and ensuring that these are effective in delivering noticeable success and traction with relevant audiences.
• Plan, develop and manage the school internal and external offline activities, including but not limited to events and offline advertising.
• Create effective marketing campaign plans and events concepts to attract student recruitment and retention.
• Develop an events programme for current families of the schools to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Manage all offline PR, advertising, display items and signage for the school.
• Manage the school social media and work closely with the Corporate Digital Marketing Team to manage the school online advertising, online PR, KOLs presence and SEM efforts.
• Write content for the school online and offline publications, articles and social media...
• Collaborate closely with admissions team on a Lead Generation Plan that is transparent to all and effective.
• Maintain an up-to-date presence through the school's website, relating to schools events and news.
• Ensure that noteworthy activities are communicated and/or celebrated to internal and external stakeholders and prospective audiences, ensuring a sense of pride and satisfaction accordingly.
• Perform marketing research to find new opportunities and analysing market trends and conducting competitor research.
• Manage budgets for annual Marketing and Communication Plans.
• Design, manage, evaluate and analyze outcomes of marketing campaigns.
• Maintain databases of key stakeholders and manage regular communication via a variety of different media channels.
• Keep abreast of innovations in communications and marketing and recommend appropriate enhancements for implementation
• Coordinate with the Graphic Designer appropriate digital and printed marketing materials consistent with the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
• Maintain stocks of marketing materials and equipment, ensuring that they are displayed at appropriate points throughout the School and available for events
* Brand Management:
• Manage, develop and protect the school' brands and its perception online and offline;
• Ensure that the look and feel of the school is in line with its brand personality and positioning;
• Ensure all schools collateral, communications and events reflect the schools USPs and adhere to its Brand Guidelines;
• Review and manage on all third party presence and sponsorship proposals such as in-school displays and name associations.
And other tasks as assigned by Line Manager./p/p/p

* Experience:
• At least 3 years' experience working in international/bilingual education sales and marketing.
• Experience being a spokesperson in a large international organization.
• Experience managing crisis communications. Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Skills:
• Policy and procedure development.
• Database management and maintenance
• Creativity in internal and external communications via traditional and digital mediums
• Planning and managing projects and activities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent and established leadership and organisational skills
• Creativity and proficiency in required computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Team work;
• Ability to meet short deadlines when required
