Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Positioning
Define and own the overall marketing strategy aligned with clinical reality and commercial goals.
Develop clear, compliant, and credible positioning for healthcare professionals and institutional stakeholders.
Translate scientific and clinical data into compelling, defensible value propositions.
Go-to-Market & Enablement
Design and support go-to-market approaches for hospital and professional healthcare settings.
Develop sales and distributor enablement materials (pitch decks, training tools, FAQs, objection handling).
Support product adoption through pilot programs, clinical use cases, and real-world evidence storytelling.
Content & Communication
Own creation of all core marketing materials:
website content
product presentations
clinical leave-behinds
educational materials
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and regulatory awareness across all communications.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain message discipline.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with clinicians, medical experts, and key opinion leaders to support education and adoption.
Support institutional engagement initiatives (hospitals, care networks, NGOs where relevant).
Partner closely with
technical sales or medical representatives to capture field insights and refine messaging.
Startup Ownership
Build marketing systems and processes from the ground up.
Operate effectively with limited structure, evolving priorities, and hands-on execution.
Act as the internal "owner" of marketing decisions - not a coordinator of agencies.
Salary: Negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience.
