Mô tả công việc
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insight
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the company
- Devise innovative brand communication campaigns
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
- Anticipate risks for timely handling measures
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Plaining and schedules for brands building that you are assigned to be in charge of.
- Plan and implement marketing plans for brands.
- Investigate and competitor analysis as well as opportunities based on market realities, customer trends and development goals of competitors.
- Connect your brand's operations with sales and other departments effectively.
- Coordinate closely with teams (design, operation) and agents of the Company to implement timely activities
- Supervise brand implementation, sales implementation, market demand analysis to propose appropriate actions.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
- Being able to communicate in English is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in the same position, within dietary supplement, especially in the category of haircare, hair skin nails products
- Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
- Presentation, outstanding communication skills and team management skills
- Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data P&L Management
- Being able to communicate in English is an advantage
- At least 2 years experience in the same position, within dietary supplement, especially in the category of haircare, hair skin nails products
